Namine Ritsu - Pokemon Sprite

Another Vipperloid today, here's Ritsu. Damn, this one was difficult. And when I say difficult, I mean DIFFICULT. That dress was an ABSOLUTE PAIN to create. Well... pretty much every other part of this sprite was hard to create too. Not gonna complain too much though, cause I'm all the more happier that it turned out as good as it did.

EDIT: Added Ritsu's floating circular rainbow keyboard (finally figured out how to make it!). Also fixed his height, and his right hand.
